FOIA Case: Roger
Hall has been pressing the U.S. Government to release
scores and scores of documents pertaining to our POWs
and MIAs.

February 17, 2005, Representative Peter King of New
York, introduced legislation to establish a select
committee for POW and MIA affairs.
H.RES.3352 IH: To amend
title 18, United States Code, with respect to
protections for the Medal of Honor, and for other
purposes. For

To amend title 10, United States Code, to provide for
the Purple Heart to be awarded to prisoners of war who
die in captivity under circumstances not otherwise
